Return Eligibility

  • Items must be returned within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • Products must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

  • Returns will not be accepted for personal care items (such as masks, gloves, or beauty tools) due to hygiene reasons, unless the item is defective or damaged upon arrival.

How to Initiate a Return

  2. Include your order number, product name, and reason for return.

  3. Once approved, we’ll send you return instructions.

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We’ll make it right as quickly as possible.
